Odori Japanese Steakhouse - 
North Myrtle Beach, SC

This restaurant was inspired by shoji screen shapes and sky lanterns. The center ceiling was hand painted by a local artisan to recreate the feeling of being under a sky lantern release. I was able to work directly with the collaborative owners to create a unique space that  is sophisticated and transports you to another culture.

This project was for an energy building.  We implemented a number of materials that were sustainable, but also practical for the abuse that they receive in quick service restaurants. I collaborated on this design with my colleague, David Melton. Together we created new light fixtures, divider wall elements, and created an exciting design.

Custom McDonald's - 
Little Rock, AR

This project was originally a design competition with other decor companies to create a unique design for a McDonald's Heritage building (one of only three in the USA) through FCC. The concept I developed was based off of highlighting the neighborhoods and unique geographical areas of Little Rock . Instead of making the design about McDonald's, I made the design about Little Rock and why it was selected for one of these premier buildings. These photos are just representative of the furniture installation, prior to the completed project.

Custom Burger King - ​
Bayshore, NY

Through nearly a decade with FCC Commercial Furniture, I have been able to develop a lot of unique and special relationships with owners and operators. This particular store is a result of having invested connections. Through FCC and Burger King's involvement, we developed a riff off design that incorporated essential brand components, but nailed an individual style.

Greenville, MS

This project started out as a friendly design competition between three decor companies. I developed an elevated river boat theme in acrylic wall decor (paddle boat graphic), angled wood slats (paddle movement), wood plank floor tile (boat decking), and wall tile texture (dried river bed). This store is still one of my favorites due to the original ideas and fun I had in connecting it into a fluid design.

Through years of working with the same owners and developing a real trust and feel for what they were comfortable with for their finished stores, I really had the opportunity to design whatever was on my heart. This store came after Little Rock, AR, so there are some similarities in concepts, but a difference in execution and color scheme.

This is another store that I collaborated with David Melton. Together we created a relevant and contemporary interior with unique seating arrangements and exciting textures.

This location was inspired by the use of Modular Arts gypsum products. David Melton and I worked together to create a unique seating arrangement and impactful interior.
